Gabriola Concert on the Green
The Gabriola Lions are presenting their annual “Concert on the Green” with Bobby Bruce’s tribute to Neil Diamond and Gabriola’s own jazz trio, Ssvelt, on Thursday, August 6th at the Gabriola Island Golf Club. Ssvelte begins at 5:15pm followed by Bobby Bruce at 6pm.
Tickets are $15, but children under 12 are free. For those living off the Island, the Lions are offering a free shuttle bus to and from the ferry. This is a major fundraising event for the Gabriola Island Lions Club.
