Are your students keen photographers? Here is a contest for them.
“Through A Child’s Eyes”, is a Nanaimo Museum Photography Contest for students, ages 8 to 16. Submit an 8″x10″, colour or black and white, unmounted photograph on one of the following themes: The Bastion, Anything Coal Mining or Use Your Imagination. Applications are available now at the Nanaimo Museum on Commercial Street. Contest deadline is 5:00pm, Saturday, July 24 and the winners of this contest will be announced during the museum’s ChowderFest on Saturday, August 7th.
