The City of Nanaimo Parks, Recreation and Culture Department would like to invite you to submit your images for use in the Parks, Recreation and Culture Leisure Guide. If you have an image of people enjoying City parks, taking part in recreational activities or exploring our local culture, you are encouraged to submit them. The winning image will grace the cover of the 2009 fall/winter issue and be awarded a six month family FITT pass.
Images can be submitted online at http://www.nanaimo.ca/photo_upload/Default.aspx?contest=y or by dropping off a disc at any of the local recreational facilities. A full list of the contest guidelines can also be found online within the City website see link on side bar. ( Make sure the check box “Enter this photo in the Parks & Rec Leisure Guide Photo Contest” is checked)
