Artist Gregory Ball will give a talk this Saturday, May 29, 1:00-2:00pm on his show Transfigurations now on at the Nanaimo Art Gallery on 150 Commercial Street in Nanaimo until June 19th.
This is Gregory Ball’s most recent body of work which is entitled “Transfigurations of the West Coast Landscape.”
These are large graphite powder and charcoal drawings that depict the transforming West Coast landscape creating a dialogue about the relationship between wilderness and the controlled environment.
