Development Plans for Nanoose Schooner Cove and Lakes District

Are you interested in the future land development and use plans for Nanoose Bay Schooner Cove and Lakes District?  There will be a public information meeting as part of the application for the parcels of land located adjacent to Dolphin Drive and Outrigger Road in Schooner Cove in Nanoose Bay. 

The Public Information Meeting will be held at Nanoose Place, 2925 Northwest Bay Road, Nanoose Bay on Tuesday February 1, 2011, time: 7:00 pm.  

The developer will be present and will provide a short presentation on the proposed neighbourhood plan changes. Following the presentation, interested parties will be given an opportunity to provide comments or ask questions concerning the Plan. For more information visit  www.schoonercovelakesdistrict.ca  or the Regional District of Nanaimo  www.rdn.bc.ca.
