Reporting an error
A factual error can be reported by email. A message is most useful when it gives the address of the page, the sentence or figure in question, and a source that shows the correct detail, such as a council document, a government page or a dated news report.
Suggesting a source
Documents, records and published research that bear on a story can be sent to the same address. Every article lists the sources it rests on at the end, so a document that is missing from that list, or a more recent one, is a useful addition.
